Beautiful Animated Pictures Biography
Belle is an animated character made by The Walt Disney Company based on Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont's fairy tale. She is beautiful, deep, intelligent and loves to read. Belle at times can also be stubborn but she is not affraid to speak her mind. She usually wears a blue outfit along with a blue ribbon in her hair.
In Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Belle lives in a provincial town, and she feels she doesn't fits there. Everybody in her town complains that she is rather odd, because she reads, and is also beautiful and the fact that she won't fall into Gaston's arms who asks to marry her several times, she refuses because he is mean, rude and selfish. Belle takes her father's place as the Beast's prisoner after he is captured. What Belle doesn't know is that the Beast is actually a Prince who was turned into a Beast by an Enchantress after she saw there was no love in his heart, the only way to break the spell is if he learns to love another and earns their love in return. While at the castle, Belle refuses to have dinner with the Beast and claims that she doesn't want to know him. Belle soon meets Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs Pott's, Chip and Wardrobe, the Beast's servants who have now been turned into household objects. They prepare a wonderful dinner for her and give her a tour of the castle. Belle however gets separated from them and wanders into the West Wing which is forbidden. The Beast finds her and roars, telling her to get out. Belle (frightened) flees the castle and runs into a pack of viscous wolves. They chase her through forest until Belle and her horse Philippe are cornered. Just as the wolves are about to kill Belle, the Beast shows up and fights them off but is wounded during the fight. Belle takes him to the castle, cleans his wounds and thanks him for saving her life.
Soon Belle sees another side to the Beast and they form a strong friendship. One night Belle and the beast have a formal dinner where she teaches him to dance. Belle worries about her father who has now gotten sick. The Beast having now fallen deeply in love with Belle lets her go. She finds her father but Gaston arrives with a mob and a man named Monsieur D'Arque who has come to take Belle's father to his mental institution as they believe him to be insane after talked about the Beast. Gaston agrees to help if Belle will marry him. She still refuses and to prove that her father is not crazy, she shows them the Beast through the magic mirror he gave her. Gaston, jealous of Belle's feelings for the Beast, tells the mob that the Beast is evil and they leave for his castle to kill him. The servants manage to fight most of them off and Gaston fights with the Beast. Belle rushes to help him but he is stabbed by Gaston who accidentally fall to his death. The Beast dies in Belles arms who confesses her love for him. This brings him back to life and turns him into a handsome Prince again and his servants are also turned human. In the end, Belle and her Prince dance together in the ballroom and live happly ever after.
